The Lomé-Commune Regional Hospital (CHR-LC) has taken another step forward in improving the quality of its medical services. In an official statement dated 25 November 2025, the hospital's management announced the commissioning of a 64-slice, 128-cut scanner, a state-of-the-art piece of equipment designed to optimise the diagnostic capabilities of the radiology department.

This new device will enable faster, more accurate and safer care for patients requiring advanced imaging examinations. Thanks to this installation, the CHR-LC is strengthening its major role in the Togolese healthcare system, particularly for conditions requiring detailed imaging such as cardiovascular, neurological or traumatic disorders.

The department is now open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering greater accessibility to users. Patients can make appointments directly at the department's office or by calling 70 98 99 28, in accordance with the management's instructions.

In its note, the CHR-LC management expresses its gratitude to users for their loyalty and reaffirms its commitment to providing quality care in a modernised medical environment. It also wishes good health to all staff and patients.
