activity is a risk factor for premature death and many diseases. But this time,

attributable to physical inactivity. Physical inactivity directly kills more

minutes of physical activity a day to compensate for the harmful effects of
sitting on your health. The WHO also recommends 150 to 300 minutes of moderate
sport or at least 75 to 100 minutes of intense physical activity per week.
